New features, fixes and improvements to RTOPilot from January
Our sidebar now better supports grouping and multi-organisation management. This will help reduce clutter as we continue to add more features and options.

We've also added easy ways to get support and provide feedback directly within the app. These new contact methods are located at the bottom of the sidebar, above your profile and account switcher.

All messages are sent directly to us and automatically provide basic troubleshooting information about your account and organisation. Raising requests will be easier and we can resolve issues faster.
You can now enable self-serve cancellation and transfers for your students. Students can proactively cancel or transfer to another available session (of the same class type).

This feature is part of our goal to provide an industry-leading student portal experience that gives students the control and flexibility to manage all aspects of their learning experience. Better outcomes for students and reduced burdens on RTO support staff.
RTOPilot now supports the merging of AVETMISS files. You can easily merge an AVETMISS export from another student management system, or combine multiple datasets.

AVETMISS Merge will be available in the next release under 'Data Exports' in the sidebar. We'll also be releasing a standalone tool on our website for anyone to use in the near future.
We've released advanced filtering to all table-based views within RTOPilot, including Students, Enrolments, Trainers, Classes and Units. Advanced queries can be built to refine and search within your data.
