This update enhances corporate booking management, introduces enrolment-specific custom data collection and resolves several issues around invoicing and AVETMISS reporting.

What's new

Corporate Booking Flow Overhaul
Admins can now create corporate bookings through a redesigned, stepped form. Admins can now create bookings for multiple different companies under the same ABN.

You can now also invite multiple coordinators to corporate bookings, both during creation and editing of an existing corporate booking.

Enhanced Custom Data Collection
You can now collect custom data specific to an enrolment rather than just at the student level.

This allows you to gather different information each time a student enrols in training, providing more targeted and relevant data collection for your training.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where invoices weren't being automatically sent to customers during the finalisation process

• Resolved issue where incorrect company names were appearing on generated invoices

• Corrected the logic for AVETMISS export merges to prevent unwanted NCVER errors

• Multiple fixes to AVETMISS exporting and student data collection to prevent validation errors on AVETMISS exports

• Fixed issue where the custom payment date for externally settled invoices could not be made on the same date as the invoice finalisation date.
