This update introduces a new option for pricing Corporate Bookings as well as adding helpful video guides throughout the platform.

What's new

Video Tutorial System

RTOPilot now includes helpful tutorial videos directly within the platform. These appear as popups that you can access anytime through tutorial icons in page headers. The system remembers which videos you've watched and automatically plays new tutorials when they become available.

Over time, we’ll expand this system to provide more useful guides to help Admins, Trainers, Coordinators and Students navigate the platform.

Fixed Class Pricing for Corporate Bookings

You can now set a fixed price for an entire class rather than calculating per-student costs with discounts. This gives you more flexibility for corporate bookings where you want to charge a flat rate regardless of how many students enrol.

Payout CSV Exports

Payouts can now be exported to CSV, making it easier to share data with your accountant or import into your accounting software.

Bug Fixes & Minor Improvements

• Fixed overbooked class labels - leads were incorrectly being counted toward class capacity, making classes appear overbooked when they weren't

• Fixed unit list scaling on certificates to prevent overflow with long unit lists

• Other minor UI improvements
