Wallet Cards, Course Data Collection & Better Enrolment Links

This update allows Admins to issue Wallet Cards, introduces course-specific custom data, improves enrolment link creation/expiry, and features new admin controls for Coordinator Booking Requests.

What's new

Wallet Cards
Admins (and admins only) can now download wallet card PDFs from an enrolment record.


This option needs to be enabled at the Course level when selecting certificate templates.


Course-Specific Custom Data
Adminis can now configure custom data fields for individual courses, allowing even further tailored data collection based on the unique requirements of different training programs.

Coordinator Class Request Permissions
A new booking-level setting lets admins control whether coordinators are allowed to request classes.

Improved Lead Link Management
Students and enrolment leads can now use the same enrolment link when being re-enrolled or after their previous enrolment has expired - reducing confusion with multiple and expired links.

Minor Improvements

  • Improved data fetching performance on dashboard pages

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved historical certificates not being properly combined when merging duplicate student records

  • Prevented empty Slate courses from being created - minimum 1 module is now enforced
