April has been an exciting month of growth for RTOPilot! We've been laser-focused on expanding our platform's capabilities to better serve RTOs of all sizes, and I'm thrilled to share our biggest release yet.
What's new
Corporate Bookings
We've just launched one of our most requested features - a comprehensive Corporate Booking system that transforms how RTOs manage business-to-business relationships.
This powerful new module helps you:
Empower company coordinators to manage booking details, locations, and download certificates via the new coordinator portal
Streamline group enrolments with private booking links
Offer custom pricing including course-specific rates and bulk discounts
Automate invoicing and reporting for seamless management of large-scale bookings
This feature has helped our customers save hours of administrative work while creating a more professional experience for their corporate clients and we're excited to be finally bringing this to v2.
Enhanced Invoicing
Our new invoicing system integrates seamlessly with the Corporate Bookings module while also supporting individual student billing. You can now:
Generate professional tax invoices with your company details, ABN, and payment information
Track payment status in real-time
Enable online payment options directly from invoices
Bundled with this capability are important quality of life features like:
Line item templates for frequently used invoice items
Custom invoice settings including default footer text
Flexible payment terms with automatic due date calculation
Ability to include additional charges like equipment hire and facility fees
Support for GST inclusive and exclusive pricing with automatic tax calculations
Customers can pay online with integrated payment methods
Generate professional tax invoices and add custom line items
Improved Lead Management
Take control of your incoming enrolments with enhanced Enrolment Lead tools:
Edit and resend emails for leads that are still Pending (useful for when someone enters the wrong email)
Delete outdated, incorrect or duplicate leads
User Experience Improvements
We're constantly refining the platform based on your feedback:
Reply-to addresses have been added to all organisation emails, improving communication flow
Unfinished enrolments are now visible in the student portal, allowing students to resume their registration process
Bug Fixes
We've addressed several issues to ensure your experience with RTOPilot is as smooth as possible:
Fixed weekly external enrolment billing missing enrolments
Corrected Sundays showing incorrectly in calendar
Resolved date of birth selection issues on mobile student portal
Fixed Stripe account action due dates not displaying inside emails
Fixed checkout bugs where students would pay but not have enrolments progressed
