Cancelled enrolments can now be brought back, students get clearer language, literacy and numeracy expectations, and public enrolment gains more control and fixes.
Reactivate cancelled enrolments
Administrators can now reactivate a cancelled enrolment from the enrolment details page instead of cancelling and re-creating it. A confirmation dialog warns when reactivating would take the class over its maximum capacity, any linked online learning enrolment is revived, and integrations can subscribe to a new "enrolment reactivated" webhook event.

Clear consent on LLND results
Students whose LLND results fall below the course requirements now see clear guidance before continuing and explicitly confirm they are willing to proceed. Enrolments where the student has not confirmed are flagged on the admin dashboard as "May not be happy to continue", so your team can follow up.
Prospective students now see a "Language, literacy and numeracy" section on public course and class enrolment pages, showing the ACSF levels a course expects with plain-language descriptions of each level.
A class now remains on the Student Portal's Upcoming Classes while itβs ongoing.
Clearer wording for students about completing the LLND check before enrolment, and the group booking checkout now notes that online payment is by card only.
Australia now appears at the top of the Country of Birth dropdown and English at the top of the Language at Home dropdown, and country dropdowns show a flag beside each country.
The class enrolments table now shows 50 enrolments per page by default.
Using an enrolment link for a class whose booking does not allow public enrolments now shows a clear explanation instead of a misleading error.
Course cards on the enrolment page no longer get stuck on a loading placeholder or crash when a course image fails to load.
